Product Care:
Iroko: no particular care is required, unless you want to keep the natural hue of the iroko slats. In this case, regularly oil the table with a suitable high quality wood stain/preserver.
Metal supports: these are treated for long term use. If the protective coating gets damaged, apply a zinc spray for protection. If the onset of corrosion appears, treat with rust killer and touch up with enamel paint.
Wipe down the chair regularly with soapy water to maintain an attractive appearance.
In case of manufacturing or material faults, Poynters will repair or replace this furniture free of charge within a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, for domestic use. Note that all damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper or unreasonable use or improper maintenance are not covered by this warranty. Unless otherwise stated, cushions are excluded from this warranty.
