Here is a plastic portable base with wheels for the ROMA sidepost patio umbrella that can be used on our own exclusive Roma side post umbrella.
The base incorporates 4 x plastic ballast tanks. Just fill each tank with water and replace the cap to prevent water evaporation. Simple and easy.
Insert the crank handle supplied with the umbrella into the key hole on top of the umbrella base. Rotate to lift or lower the wheels under the base. This allows the umbrella to be moveable.
This ROMA umbrella base can only be supplied with the purchase of a Roma cantilever umbrella, not sold separately.

NOTE: THIS UMBRELLA BASE IS INTENDED FOR RESIDENTIAL USE WITH THE ROMA UMBRELLA.
THE INTERNAL METAL FRAME IS PROTECTED FROM THE ELEMENTS BY THE PLASTIC PROTECTIVE COVER. HOWEVER AS THE METAL FRAME IS MADE OF STEEL, THE WARRANTY EXCLUDES THE ONSET OF RUST.
ALWAYS LOWER THE UMBRELLA WHEN NOT IN USE, AND NEVER USE IN HIGH WIND CONDITIONS. IN WINTER, STORE IN A DRY AREA OR USE THE SUPPLIED UMBRELLA COVER.

A FREIGHT CHARGE APPLIES
In case of manufacturing or material faults, Poynters will repair or replace the umbrella frame free of charge within a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The internal metal frame is not warranted against the onset of rusting. Note that all damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper or unreasonable use, including wind damage, or improper maintenance are not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies to residential use only, umbrellas used for commercial purposes are not covered by any explicit warranty.
